When the refinance was done the notary took a voided check and said that the money would be deposited into my account. This did not happen. I would have liked the disbursements to me made directly to the companies instead of receiving checks that I had to forward.
Other than that it was a good experience with AnnieMac mortgage. Brittany Arnold was amazing at communications and setting up the backend of the account.

2nd or 3rd time working with Annie Mac and the service is always wonderful from everyone involved. The only developmental feedback I would give as far as room for improvement was that we were given a different processer the last week, just a few days before closing, and had to start some of the paperwork all over again. The communicate was not great here, but the rest of the experience was phenomenal.

Taylor did a wonderful job in the beginning. However the rest of the process was very unpleasant. The main problem was the lack of communication. No explanations were given for certain parts of the process. It was like they expected everyone to understand all of the terminology and how this process works when most of us only apply for a mortgage less than a handful of times in our life. Major mistakes were made that almost resulted in me paying for more than just my mortgage and the wrong term.
