TLDR; The people.
Applying for a mortgage is a pretty stressful event for most people and it was certainly the case for me. Kevin Dolan was just excellent. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and also patient with all my questions. He provided options for me when it seemed like buying my dream house was about to fall apart. Then there's Shakima Grimes. She really is a rockstar. My case was not a typical one but she handled it with ease. I must have thrown her so many curve balls and she didn't miss a beat. Shakima was very professional, patient and helped guide me through a very tough loan closing process. She kept me updated on status and general communication was great. These two interactions were standout for me but everyone I spoke to in AnnieMac were just consummate professionals and were very helpful and kind. The people and the customer service focus just won me over.

Maria Mojica, the junior processor from the processing department was very difficult to work with and was not clear in her communication. She also would schedule calls with us without having the appropriate answers/responses ready, resulting in us needing multiple follow up calls with her.
There were a number of times where she would continue to call us multiple times during the work day when we did not pick up the phone. We explained that we were in work meetings so couldn't answer her call. Some discretion on her part would have been helpful here.
On a good note, both Taylor Plesh and Kevin Dolan were very helpful and responsive for any needs we had. Thanks to you both.
