I understand that there is a lot of traffic back and forth with acquiring a loan. There are many forms and many conversations had back and forth. There are simple things that could have made the process easier. First, having to submit the same document repeatedly is very frustrating - not an updated version but the same document. Second, discovering that my employment has not been verified by my loan team - why did they wait until the day before closing to tell me there was a problem? And is it standard to wait that long to verify when we have been working together for six months? Third, there are members on your team that simply cannot communicate. They either can’t answer questions/clarify customer concerns, or they simply don’t answer the phone or respond in an expected timeframe. This is not to say you don’t have good people on your team - there are a few individuals who were patient and took the time to answer questions. The overall relationship was very transactional and did not ease the burden of being first time home buyers.

This was not out first time my wife and I tried to refinance our house with Taylor. Unfortunately the first time around it wasn't able to work out however Taylor continued to keep in touch and continued to let us know if and when we were ready to let yoke know and he would be ready. Once my wife and I were able to continue we contacted Taylor and he got us right back to where we were supposed to be. It was a very quick and easy process and Taylor and his team made it that way. It was a pleasure working with Taylor and I let him know if we ever knew of anyone else buying or refinancing a house that I would be more then happy to send them his way. Thank you again Taylor.
