Where do I even begin?! From the moment we expressed a desire to engage in home hunting, Kevin dove right into the pre-approval process and supported us every step of the way. Taylor and Shannon, along with Shakima were the most dynamic team. We really couldn’t believe how seamless the process had been. We are so grateful that we were not joust another client or number. It's been 15 years since we applied for a mortgage. I dont remember there were so many handoffs and different people along the process. i do get a lot of spam calls so it is hard to pick up the phone for the right people. it would be nice if there was a list of names for the entire process so it is clear who's who.

I understand we had many extensions to deal with. We would have appreciated knowing ahead of time what was the true extension decision deadlines earlier. We felt rushed and a bit lied to at the end of each extension period.
